Shipping policy

We offer free shipping over $100 within New Zealand. Orders under $100 incur a $5 courier fee. Rural delivery incur a $10 courier fee. 

All our products are shipped from our office in Mount Maunganui. 

Currently we only offer delivery within New Zealand.  Depending on your location this can take anywhere from 2–5 working days.

If you live overseas and want to place an order, please contact us at girlhut@outlook.com prior to making your purchase to check whether we can arrange delivery to your address.

All orders will be dispatched within 1–2 days of being placed, and you will get an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

We ship using Aramex Couriers and can provide you with the tracking number.

** Please note:  Due to our company operating with reduced hours and staff over the Christmas holidays there may be delays in sending your order.  Please also allow patience with our courier company as they will be closed on the public holidays.
