Note: The purchaser understands there will be NO REFUND of any circumstances other than faulty goods. Our product is highly reduced as it is END OF SEASON, and are priced for clearance purposes.
We offer free shipping within New Zealand.
Currently we only offer delivery within New Zealand. Depending on your location this can take anywhere from 2–5 working days.
If you live overseas and want to place an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making your purchase to check whether we can arrange delivery to your address.
All orders will be dispatched within 1–2 days of being placed, and you will get an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
We use PBT Couriers for shipping and will provide you with the courier tracking number with your order confirmation.
** Please note: Due to our company operating with reduced hours and staff over holidays there may be delays in sending your order. Please also allow patience with our courier company as they will be closed on the public holidays.
Terms & Conditions
We will honour our obligations in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 accept returns of faulty goods.
By finalising a purchase through GH Outlet, you are entering into an electronic contract.
Terms and conditions of this contract are:
- The purchaser understands there will be NO REFUND of any circumstances other than faulty goods, therefore, adhering to New Zealand consumer protection Acts.
- Change of mind will not be taking into consideration for a refund.
- Stock sold via the Online outlet are past season collections. Goods are sold at a reduction, is not a reflection of the quality of manufacturing.
- Exchange for sizing will be taken into consideration if the correct size is available in stock.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
